🌿 Camino 2026— Walk With Us

In Spring 2025, I had the joy of guiding a group of 13 incredible women on the final stage of the Camino Francés, also known as St James’s Way — a 125km journey over six days, finishing in the breathtaking city of Santiago de Compostela.

What made it even more special?
Most of these women were regulars from my Pilates and Senior Strong classes — many had never done anything like this before. We began our training back in May 2023, gradually building confidence, distance, and camaraderie.

A Camino with Heart (and Support)

This wasn’t a race.
This was a supportive, relaxed, and joyful journey — with time to soak up the scenery, enjoy café con leche breaks, share stories, and move at our own pace.

There was laughter. There were moments of reflection. And yes — there was wine. 🍷

Walking the Camino isn’t about being the fittest or the fastest — it’s about being present. And that’s what we do best.
